Simple breathing technique that helps to return the breathing to normal rhythm and helps you release anxiety in the moment. Do this as part of your morning ritual and any time, you feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed.
This is a short visualisation practice to release any fears you may have about your fertility journey. And it will help you to take the next best step. This meditation is inspired by the book Spirit Babies by Walter Makichem. I created this meditation originally for myself and my husband , and thought why not share it out to the world. This opens the door to conception and to creating space for something new in your life. I feel its perfect for whenever you whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, or via IUI or IVF or doing adoption or donor eggs. This to me - is a way to say “hi We love you. We want you in our life. We will keep you safe. We can’t wait to hold you in our arms.” Bonus is that you get to spend quality time with your partner.
This is a meditation inspired by the book “Spirit Babies” by Walter Makichen. It extends an energetic connection of peace and unconditional love to your future child.
