Part two of Episode 185 Witnessing as an act of self love and universal love. This episode was prompted by my friend and mentor Kaya Usher's comments this morning when she said, people, places and things can wait for your answer. A powerful reminder that we can wait for our own best answer, which may take some time, as we come into alignment with our own source connection, and not in reaction to the timeline or agendas of others. People can often hide behind responses, patterns and programs that are not serving humanity. As we encounter these people, places and things, how can we choose to embody what we truly want to see in this world. How can we speak or act in a way that will lead to more love in this world. How can we embody the medicine that is needed here and now. In part, we can do that by choosing to take the time we need to witness our own selves in alignment with our own source connection, rather than from the head space where our patterns and programs dwell. So many of us long to create more sacred spaces for ourselves, our children, for all living beings. We long for deeper connection to our unlimited selves. How can we navigate the choppiness of differing opinions in order to get to the real gold. That authentic voice of light which lays beyond is more easily perceived when we can authentically witness ourselves first. Then our discernment of who, what and where to contribute to and with comes forward. We can then begin to weave our golden threads into something that is true medicine for this world. We can choose to speak and act from our alignment to the living pulse we are materialize. This brilliant doorway that opens within you to more of your unlimited expression. How then can we use witnessing to build community with authenticity and love as it's foundation. I think this is the poem I wrote many years ago when I taught Witnessing as a practice helps to innerstand; Show me who you are
and I will celebrate that beauty with you Show me how you are here expressing
Show me the beauty of your authentic voice witnessed, I long to hear it, as much as I long to hear my own Show me who you are
and my ears will drink in that beauty in you As I open to see the beauty in myself
and allow myself to be witnessed in all the ways I move in this world,
I can see more of the dance of love expressing and moving through you Show me who you are
, and we will dance barefoot on the Earth with joy I will give you all the space you need to show me who you are,
I will witness your grace as you show me that note being sung through you to all of creation Those notes we sing together with our love as we bring medicine to this Earth Show me who you are—truly
and we will sing with that beauty in both of us (poetry copyright Christine Pensa) ~ If we come from this space of witnessing ourselves, and others, we can choose to interact, or not, from that sacred place in ourselves free from programs of division and fear. The action comes from a self love that naturally radiates a deep joy to everything around us. This episode is an invitation to notice where we have confused numbness with pleasure. We've been sold and educated on false pleasure. Pleasure is meant to open us up, not close the door to the world of discomfort and false selves. Exploring why we might have been misled about what pleasure means and why it's an important element right now to help us to stop watering the seeds of the past, including our own past identities. As we recognize where we are watering the seeds of past identities, we begin to notice our own evolution. We pay attention to the shifts we are ready for, our upgrades and we can truly nurture what is there in each moment. Then, we can turn our brightness to the unlimited nature of our true being. We release with more ease, not closing the door to our discomfort and not prolonging the stay in our divine bodies. Host Christine shared moving through a recent painful experience and how paying attention to where she might have run a program of numbing out or distracting, instead choosing to allow enough space for the moving through and release of the physical and emotional pain. The experience led to a deeper inner standing of the nature of suffering and how we as humanity are sweeping suffering and it's attached programs from our divine bodies. Humanity is sweeping suffering and all manner of falsity off the table Resetting this world new community laid upon a beautiful cloth woven with golden threads shimmering with pure love Beloved, you are called from the cave of your heart back to this root of who you are to join the unlimited feast ~ (art & poetry copyright Christine Pensa) Much love For more link to our showpage here; artthatmoves.ca
This episode is an exploration of metaphor as the sweet nectar that calls to you and allows you to discover more of the sweet, sweet nectar you are for this world. So often a metaphor appears right in front of our eyes. Consider that it has been sent by our own hearts to point us in the direction we are longing for. The message is quiet, gently insistent asking for our attention, very different from the cacophony of the outer world banging on. If we are willing to pay attention, metaphors become these beautiful tiny seeds planted, calling us to move into more of the vastness of our being. Which metaphors are calling to us in our own garden of the future. What seeds do we want to cultivate in order thrive, rather than just survive. Choosing is our low key superpower. Choosing allows us to notice and begin to work in alignment with nature. Choosing to hold and nurture what feels both unknown and also in a way completely and utterly known. This nectar feeds us and, at the same time, we are the nectar. We are both. We feel both in our bodies. Our bodies have the knowing. As we become more adept at tuning into that wisdom and inner standing, we operate in a lighter and yet more powerful flow with our own sacred selves. The invitation is to notice what gently insistent metaphor is appearing right in front of your eyes. Will you answer the call to embody more of your own brilliance. You choose. Many of us are tuning into the incredible amplification of energy happening now. The amplification includes both the chaos and the positive frequency of our beautiful embodiment of pure love. This kind of love once seemed the purview of mystics or saints. Now, it is becoming more apparent that it is our time to embody, in whatever humble role we can, this kind of love. We are being called to hold this space in our own lives. The call of this moment is to join the ranks of those "manning the fulcrum of consciousness" as it expands into it's next evolution, and at the same time we ARE the fulcrum. In the stillness of ourselves, we're learning to "lift" off the falsity, division, distraction and self hatred programs that need to end. We are being asked to choose, to lend our hearts to creating heaven on Earth for all living beings. This choice is ours. Will we stand in the solidity of ourselves, our true selves connected to our Source of love. What if we all chose to use each moment of our lives as a fulcrum, not only to move into more of ourselves, but as a point of power that can lift that consciousness of all living beings into a positive high frequency. We are here. We are legion. We are love. When you are the still point and that fulcrum. You allow the momentum to leverage your being, you likewise allow mutual becoming, as we all open into more of our pure love. As you hold that silent solid strength of yourself, you do not effort to move mountains, they move around you as it were. Part of the distortion has been the thought form narrative that one person isn't able to make real change in this world. When you imagine yourself as the fulcrum, there is no raging against the machine, or feelings of futility. There is just a deep knowing that you are here now to stand with those lifting all living beings above the chaos simply by being who you truly are. Thank you for being here and being a part of this incredible time on Earth. Much love Link to the podcast show page for all episodes here; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
The invitation of this episode is to notice where you are aligned, or not, with nature. Noticing your ability to tune into thriving versus survival in these times. Now is the moment to let flow, or flower, the pure love you are here to embody in this world. Paying attention to how you are moving through your day and noticing how nature's timing can model a natural flow in each moment. Though it is also in our nature to flower, to evolve, we have a program that says, I want to get "back to health". What if instead of fighting to get back to who we were, we allowed ourselves to evolve into something more? What if we let go of that part of ourselves that wants to return to former and instead focused in the moment on what the un-preferred experience was leading us towards so we don't get the in the way of our own evolution? I shared the lessons from a tiny apple tree and the heart opening joy of seed saving, which led me to deepen into the knowing we are here to cultivate, tend and plant new brilliant potentialities. Despite the possibility that some seeds we plant will not survive, because they don't need to, while others will thrive beyond our expectations, we continue cultivating in each moment the seeds that call to us. We move in alignment with that clarion call from our own Source, which leads to joyful creation, tears of recognition, wonder and a deep sense of knowing it is ours to do. It is part of our beautiful evolution to tune into those seeds that are ours to plant here and now. This poem is also one of the seeds I plant in this moment… Mountain Once upon a time you spent millennia with the silent songs inside the mountains Your heart soars at the remembering of this home Now beloved, it's your time to weave that love into this world to thread the wonder of that strength into every fibre of your living So that every living being turns toward that grace within And connects us all once again to pure love and nothing else _ (art & poetry copyright Christine Pensa) With much love, Christine Link to listen to all podcast episodes via the show page here; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
As the Awakened Woman Self Care podcast enters season 8, it seemed fitting to have a guest join me to sing us into the next season of our becoming. It was a joy to welcome singer-songwriter Sydney Jones to share her genre of music, which she calls, "rhythm and sunshine." Sydney applies her life experience and connectedness with nature, our limitlessness, and the importance of staying in the present moment during this time of conscious awakening. Her positive, life affirming lyrics lift and open the heart of listeners. We talked about her latest single and how our own creative expression can be a catalyst which opens the hearts of others, allowing them to connect with their own pure note of love. She writes both the music and lyrics to her songs, and invites listeners to interpret her songs through their own inner light in whatever way opens them up to the expression of their purest essence. Each element, word, and rhythm in Sydney's songs echo her connection to, as she puts it, her "heightened sensory awareness" of the natural world around her. She explains, "it's not just like I'm appreciating the Sun, I'm really feeling those light codes. I'm really feeling the power of the Sun right now. It's a whole experience of presence." Sydney shared that the resonance of actually singing feels like the best medium through which her unique expression could come through. Writing the lyrics, the melodies and creating cover art for her work is the way she allows it to blossom through her, always spreading love through her self empowering messages and spiritually uplifting content. Sydney is at the forefront of music in these times as it was meant to express a part of who all of us are, the inclusiveness, and the sacredness of pure love. Enjoy this longer podcast episode, which also features her latest song, "Mother Earth." Though this past weekend in many parts of the world has been programmed to mean the end of summer, our inner knowing and nature's vibrancy would tell us otherwise. Noticing this how this lands in your own body, emotions and mental attitude is a great sacred self care practice. During a summer full of lovely visitors, and all kinds of experiences, the cicadas came in as beautiful teachers for these powerful times of change. As I was able to witness part of their life cycle, I reflected on how the splitting open of their old world in what seemed to me a kind of backwards trust fall, was a brilliant metaphor for what we are experiencing in our human bodies. After the cicadas shed their skin, they take time to rest and allow their beautiful green wings to open fully and dry before they were able to take flight in their new bodies. As many of us are noticing, there has been an amplification of the release of programs, and as that happens for us, there is this open space for our "wings" to come in. The invitation of the cicadas, for me, for us, was to allow time in the quiet to let those wings dry. As we continue to move ever inward to allow more of who you truly are to be born and embodied in this world, noticing and allowing the time you need to integrate is your own powerful sacred self care. Not in alignment with the programs and patterns that have disempowered, but in alignment with your own source of pure love and the natural rhythms that are part of our journey here and now as human beings. Taking the time you need to notice what is coming through the landscape of your own being. Much love Visit our show page for all episodes here; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
Episode 195 Navigating our natural conclusions in these times What are ready to walk away from and how do we move through the nuances of letting go in these times? This episode is an invitation to become present to what we are holding onto through habit, obligation or simply inattention. As I pondered the theme of this episode, I encountered a beautiful analogy around letting go. If you as you are now walked into a room and your friend of 35 years was there, would you still be attracted to them? Imagine that is not only a person, but a place, a thing, an action, a workplace—would you still be attracted to those things if you saw them across a room now? Would you expand or contract as you interacted with any of these. In these times, we are being called to be ever more impeccable with what we are choosing to surround ourselves with. Recognizing the lower frequencies of habit, obligation or duty around a person, place, practice or thing and inner standing that it might be time to move away in order to be more of yourself. Walk into the room of your life right now, and notice all the things in the environment of you. Can you reconcile everything in this room with your true longing to fully embody the pure love of your own source. Notice if there is anything that diverts you from your own joyful expansion—importantly, without blame, or creating divisiveness. Are you ready to release what you may have considered a big part of your identity so you can welcome more of you in? Much love (for more information and episodes visit the show page at; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/)
This episode is an exploration of what and why we become distracted by the mental, emotional or physical events that keep us small or in looping patterns, instead of choosing the bigger picture of our own divinity and natural adeptness for alchemising what shows up in our lives. As we continue to move into a deeper knowing of our own divinity, we are being called to be more impeccable with letting go of what does not serve our future/new selves. At this precious moment when we are so beautifully ripe for the next expansion into ourselves we can get distracted by things that come in to pull our attention away from that expansion. As a metaphor, when you break your toe, suddenly your baby toe becomes your whole world. It's an invitation to become aware of anything that harnesses our attention to focus only on our limitation, on our "smallness," rather than an awareness of our "vastness" or divinity. Recognition of how and where you are doing this allows you to let go with more ease and turn your focus to your divinity which naturally "alchemises" the distraction into your personal gold. It's time to remember our divinity and see clearly our seat at the table. Noticing where and how your personal alchemy appears, and how you can use that to create a pure love soup for yourself and for this world. What is your unique recipe to bring to life here and now. It's time to share it beloved. When remembering our divinity becomes our focus through the "toe-stubbing" then we allow our natural alchemy to come forward to nurture this world with the pure love soup that is ours to bring into material form. It's happening in the sweet silence of our true hearts. Let the alchemy of your song of wonder rise up and join in a beautiful chorus. Much love, Christine
Humans are naturally drawn toward beauty, because we long to know more of ourselves. It was spring two years ago when I recorded an episode on this theme, and as I re-listened this morning, I heard myself say that I had just received a "download" (not a word I would use now) that I had not yet integrated. Not a surprise then, that this morning felt very much the same. The only words that come to me are the few that arrived this morning in a poem; Beloved, then those days arrive when you absorb so much love you are drunk with the wonder of who we truly are Baptizing yourself in a river of grateful tears ~ (art & poetry copyright Christine Pensa) In this episode there is a new introduction, followed by a reprise of episode 168. Re-listening was a great reminder for me and I trust for you there is something to remind you in your own journey. It takes courage to see the wonder of who we truly are. How it is that we can surrender into the beauty beyond the beauty we thought we knew? The first question that arises within our human self is how to move this through your body and into your life in a way that integrates into your everyday existence. It takes courage to see the wonder of ourselves because it means that so much of who we thought we were, including the "good" parts of ourselves, needs to go. The blinders need to come off or we cannot hope to see our own brilliance. The invitation is to notice where the resistance in you is — turning to meet that part and then going beyond what you thought was the best of you. Sacred self care is opening to find more of ourselves. We're not fixing, because in this moment we are becoming the creator self by leaving behind the limiting beliefs and practices and images we have held onto. We are in the process of freeing ourselves. We are stepping into more of our true brilliance, partnering with the Earth, and then with others. We are the song that is being sung. We are the flowers that continue to bloom and we cannot be stopped. Our bodies already recognize and respond to the beauty beyond the beauty we thought we knew. As we enter spring of 2025 our experience here and now is in perfect alignment with the season and it's promise of new life on top of what seems to have run it's course. Many are talking about the end of the world as we know it and that seems to be reflected in what is crumbling around us. We are seeing more clearly the dysfunction in our infrastructures and we are turning our gifts and talents toward the sun of our own being in order to make this gift of being born, here and now, exactly what we had envisioned it to be. To become born here and now is a gift - one we have taken for granted at times and one that is fast becoming more and more apparent to so many of us here on the Earth We're experiencing an escalation of events all around us—and at the same moment— there is a solid, slow deep peace if we simply relax into the silence of our true selves. We're becoming more aware of the layers of existence, ones that have been "hidden" or just not attainable for us. This new sight we have is becoming more tangible. We're opening to the flow/the flow(er)ing of what is being brought into material form again. We can choose to experience and explore it because it is us. This is found through the silence within us where we recognize we are shifting and changing alongside the Earth. I talked a little about this in a previous episode, Beyond the Butterfly. "There is an invitation to open to what comes after the butterfly. These next steps are not written in stone, but they are written on our hearts and in the trust we have for our own connection to pure love." Like the butterfly, many of us are in the still point, drying our wings before we take flight. Though we may not know the how, what and why details, we are held in a profound sense of peace—knowing we are exactly where we are meant to be as we let the brilliant rays of the Sun/Our own light feed us. Oh beloved, To be the oasis of peace in the world, To be the one who plants trees rooted in pure love, To be the one who seeds the next and the next and the next pure love flowering here, now Planting trees to repopulate the Earth with beauty is such an exquisite gift Link to our show page at; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
Continuing to explore the nature of sacred self care as we change and choose to deepen into embodying more of ourselves. This episode is an invitation to focus on the question - What are you making real? It's a fine tuning of what we are experiencing and navigating right now in the outside world. We have been socialized to forget that we do have a choice, even though the reflection from "outside" us often makes us think we are powerless to choose. We are becoming more and more aware that there are many things we have not knowingly consented to, and that we can choose differently, and choose more in alignment with who we truly are. Division has been a continued distraction from our divinity. This knowing leads us to ask ourselves; What choices can we make to make real the world we know we are here to seed into being? How can we make pure love real? How can we choose in each moment to make real what each of us inner-stands we are free to create? How can we discern what our action or non-action is in each moment? We are on the precipice of great change and it is ours to make real in alignment with our heart's knowing. We can choose to pay attention to our own knowing at an ever deepening level, and we can choose to leave behind the "flavours" of what is anathema to our true sacred nature. Beloved, you are here to carry the wonder of you, and that is enough. ~ Link to our show page at; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
As we continue to explore how to embody who and what we truly are, this episode is all about real beauty as a reflection of who we truly are. The word beauty is often misunderstood. "Beauty" is even more important in times of challenge, change, and chaos. We are being asked to use the brightness of ourselves to put our attention on what "beauty" we want to see in this world, what beauty we want to bring forward. It is important and powerful for these times, and yet it does not have to be a grand gesture. Small gestures, moments of wonder and gratitude are just as important as large ones. Not every pebble thrown into a pond will make it to the edges - but it's movement will likely lift one tiny being as it spirals outward. Every time we choose to throw that pebble into the pond, we impact this world. Each of us has something beautiful to contribute to this world. Beauty is choosing, beauty is change, beauty is evolution — and perhaps, just perhaps, that evolution brings us into something even more beautiful than before. We become the regenerative architects of this world. Isn't that what we truly know we are here for. Yes, beloved because that is who you are a living, breathing pure love wonder following your source of pure love. Moving into 2025 feels different and the powerful expansion many of us are experiencing can also bring up programs that are anathema to self love. Not only is self love is the center of the pearl of sacred self care, self love is the wellspring that comes from your vaster self, connected to the breath of the cosmos. It is foundational to your natural organic human operating system. Your presence here is precious and now is the moment to be fully and completely expressing as that presence. Time to find the deeper wellspring inside yourself. Because you are part of an infinite presence, it is already within you, you are already that. We're all learning how to turn the volume up on our pure love embodiment, anchoring into the wonder of who we are. The more we can anchor into that, the more solid the infrastructure of the world we want to be, becomes - here and now. When we tune into ourselves, we align to the natural rhythms of our true expression. Our body becomes a powerful tool that moves through this world of chaos, knowing the notes of it's own song of self love. Playing it with more ease, precision and joy. This song of self love is not only your heart's "medicine," it is the "medicine" the earth needs now. No "time" for anything else now. As you expand into more of your own precious presence of pure love, then everything that isn't that true presence will naturally (in its own timing) fall away because it has to. The poem I read in the episode; Time The way we're letting go now, A century in a minute Millennia swept away, as time folds into itself Beloved your precious presence No "time" for anything else now Let the last of the distractions you cling to Fall Metamorphosis pulsing through you as you begin to seed the new beginning ~ (art & poetry Christine Pensa) For more information and episodes visit the show page at; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
Many of us are truly feeling, maybe for the first time, areas in our own selves where life has been suppressed lifting off. We are metamorphosing into our next evolution, past what we knew as the butterfly and moving into something different. We have a choice right now, and choice is our human superpower. We are able to choose to flow or become the flow-er. Flowering into more of ourselves. This episode is an invitation to notice where LIFE has been suppressed in you. That can show up in a thousand ways. Paying attention to anywhere in your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual body you are receiving a message that you are stifled or suppressed. You inner-stand you are ready to choose to open to let this move through. You can acknowledge the leaving without becoming entangled with what needs to be released. You know now you are the flow(er) and you are meant to flow life through your whole being. As the year comes to a close, this episode also invites you to notice AND celebrate where you have shifted already. What is it you have released. Acknowledging that also without entanglement. May all that has suppressed life for humanity — be lifted from your shoulders, be also lifted from all living beings. May they be happy, healthy, and living in harmony with their own source of pure love. So it is. ~Beloved, allow what is leaving to be undisturbed in its departure So much is falling away from what has been considered normal, YOU are not here for normal You are here to embody your brilliance Let everything that isn't fall away Shed the tears which lubricate their leaving Throw your arms open and welcome in more of YOU, flowing from your inner spring of purity There's no room for anything else on this journey now The bells of purity are ringing out across the cosmos The Earth has answered You have answered More are joining every day Sounding across the lands Raising your hand Raising your voice to sing once more the fullness of your love Weaving the notes of Oneness together for all living beings~ (poem by Christine Pensa) Follow @theaubreyleonard on Instagram For more information and episodes visit the show page at; https://www.artthatmoves.ca/podcasts/
The metaphor of the caterpillar and the butterfly has always been a powerful one for our own evolution - the trust and knowing the caterpillar embodies in order to let go of every single cell she was in order to metamorphosize into the butterfly inspires. Now, there is an invitation to open to what comes after the butterfly. These next steps are not written in stone, but they are written on our hearts and in the trust we have for our own connection to pure love. What is it exactly that we are being invited to move into? It's the to move into more of who each of us is. Consider that we already are/have everything inside us to become what is beyond the butterfly. Just as the caterpillar trusts she is already the butterfly, we too can trust in order to expand beyond the limitations we have known. We are welcoming an evolution for ourselves and for everyone around us. There is no need for saving others, there is simply allowing the release of what we were to BE-come more of who we are ready to be. Moving through the world, focused, powerful, free, fully ourselves, that is what clears a path for others to become more of themselves. This episode is an invitation to see, feel, and know what is next for you. Noticing as you let go of so much that is not you, what echoes are returning and how little substance much of what was has for you. Moving forward solidly standing in your own source of pure love. It's why we're here at this powerful time on the planet. ~Oh that moment When you realize The suffering is the nonsense that you chose to believe was you When you innerstand You can Let it lift off Leaves floating through the sky Landing softly at your feet Then blown away on the winds Of the change You are Here Now~ (art & poetry Christine Pensa)
Welcome to the next season of the Awakened Woman Self Care podcast. I'm beginning season 7 with an updated introduction and a reprise of episode 135 which was inspired by the phrase full of yourself, the episode explored the question, "If you're not full of yourself, who else and what else are you full of?" I was prompted to re-listen myself this morning and it has triggered an even deeper excavation in me. I trust it will invite many of you to do the same. The episode is an invitation to explore how much self you are full of, and noticing the programs, patterns and habits you are ready to release? We continue to journey through terrain that is unfamiliar. Ensuring we cultivate more of our true selves is ever more important to navigate these times. As we are finding our new footing in this moment, many of us are watering the new ground with our tears. Those tears can be the emptying out of what is not us and stepping back into filling ourselves up with the truth of who we are and have always been beneath the clutter. It's an invitation to expand into more of yourself through the lens of adventure and wonder. An invitation to allow any tears shed to water the ground of you. My deepest wish for you is to become completely and utterly FULL of yourself - here - now because that is what this world needs. As I mentioned, this reprise episode was prompted by Kaya Usher. This episode is an invitation to move into more of yourself through self witnessing and witnessing of others in the purest sense. It's an invitation to enter into your own deep wisdom — that part of you that knows that you are no longer interested in living in polarity and not only the very visible and evident polarity — but also the more subtle energy of polarity that keeps you from being in resonance with your own authentic self. It's a call to reclaim the true essence of your divine and infinite nature, and to release, like a set of heavy clothes that no longer fit, the false programs you have been wearing. When you become adept at truly witnessing yourself, you are able to deepen into the medicine of love that you are, you are better able to express the language of love that comes from connecting to your own Source without the interference of outside programs of polarity and division. It is a powerful act of self love, which naturally becomes universal love on this planet. Here is the poem I wrote when I first taught my Witnessing classes years ago, which I think expresses the deep joy that true witnessing can bring to our lives; Show me who you are and I will celebrate that beauty with you Show me how you are here expressing Show me the beauty of your authentic voice witnessed I long to hear it, as much as I long to hear my own Show me who you are and my ears will drink in that beauty in you As I open to see the beauty in myself and allow myself to be witnessed in all the ways I move in this world I can see more of the dance of love expressing and moving through you Show me who you are and we will dance barefoot on the Earth with joy I will give you all the space you need to show me who you are I will witness your grace as you show me that note being sung through you to all of creation Those notes we sing together with our love as we bring medicine to this Earth Show me who you are—truly and we will sing with that beauty in us (Christine Pensa) When you begin to know that aspect of yourself that is divine, that is infinite, that is pure love, and is here now to anchor that on this earth - you don't need to judge, give advice, etc. when someone else is expressing. You honour the divinity of others and celebrate with joy as both of you move into deeper and deeper creative expressions of your embodied light. As always, I love to explore the evolution of sacred self care for humans in this time - we keep choosing to become more of who we truly are and it keeps shifting. It's challenging and exciting and sometimes frustrating. This episode is a fine tuning of our capacity for change, presence, and focus as pure love beings in this time. We all have a role in this symphony of light, one that is being heard and played throughout the cosmos. The metaphor of riding the wild horses was inspired by my friend Erin's vision, and the poem below came forward in me; "Ride The English language lists just 127 synonyms for love Beloved, let's ride the wild horses into the infinite ways you know we can taste it Your hair streaming wild, your eyes bright with wonder as you lead the world into that freedom So it is" We're the riders of these horses and we are riding into more of ourselves, feeling exhilarated, maybe scared, full of wonder and yet we are also holding the reins because we DO have the instructions in our own hearts. That makes it even more important than ever to trust your heart, pay attention and be fully present with yourself first. The invitation is to become ever more impeccable with yourself and become aware of how the outside information (bafflegab) makes you feel. Does your heart open and soar or are you left being intrigued entirely by your mind which is subject to programs, distraction and diversions? A loving reminder to take the reins and choose the horse you are riding into the next evolution for yourself, and, for what you truly want to see in this world. This episode is a hybrid of the last episode, "Let the Waters Settle Beloved" and Episode 157 "Releasing caterpillar ways to embody the butterfly." Continuing with the powerful metaphor of the evolution of caterpillar into butterfly and how it relates to where we are right now as humanity. Exploring how we invite in the new when we really don't know what that will look like or how we will be without all the old modalities, practices, people and places that have populated our reality to date. Our caterpillar style living was perfect for us in the past, but many of us are hearing the call to move and evolve by creating the personal alchemy necessary to evolve. Just like the caterpillar, we need to release what we have been, the ways we have known in order to be-come, to expand into what is next for ourselves, and for humanity. It's time. It's time to listen to our heart's instructions even though our minds don't know what will happen next. Beginning by noticing what is feeling depleting and static in our lives, moving into the stillness of our own hearts to take stock of what needs to release, and finally, choosing to embody less of the old (caterpillar), and more of what is next (butterfly). This is an invitation to listen to your own heart and ask, show me the beauty beyond the beauty I thought I knew.
