This episode is going to be GREAT ONE!
I have been on a spiritual journey for the past 25 years and it has led me towards true discovery about myself and my happiness.
How many of you have heard someone say to their partner, “you complete me” which this might sound romantic and something to yearn for in a relationship but the truth of the matter comes down to this- Your happiness is an inner job that YOU MUST DO, NOT SOMEONE ELSE.
Many people in your life can contribute towards you being happy but ultimately, is up to you to make yourself happy so then you can share your inner happiness with the world.
Now that we clear that up, let’s talk about the journey to bring happiness into your life.
It’s called SPIRITUALITY🔥
This is one of my favorite topic to talk about because of how my spirituality has helped me healed my past addictions to food, alcohol and relationships, and so on..
There used to be an empty void inside of me that no one could fulfill until I took FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO FULFILL MY OWN NEEDS, DESIRES AND HAPPINESS FOR MY LIFE!
There was a time where going from one romantic relationship to another was a BIG PROBLEM FOR ME UNTIL I COMPLETELY SURRENDER TO A HIGHER POWER THAT I CALL GOD.
Now mentioning God can make some people cringe or could someone to defend their religious belief about what God represents for them.
But what I want to do now, is give you my own definition about spirituality and what it represents for me and share a different perspective of your definition of GOD IS🙌
Again, this is my opinion so take this information with a grain of salt and use what resonates with you and throw the rest out.
Walking a spiritual path requires us to have a spiritual practice that strengthen our relationship with a higher power. I like to use the analogy as "plugging in your smart phone in order to have it completely charged for the day" Same as plugging in to God or the Universe on a daily basis so you are fully charged for the day.
I share three spiritual practices on this Podcast for you to implement TODAY.

Here's my question for you?
What does it mean to live in the present moment?
The only time to create changes in our life is in the Now, know as “the present moment”
The past exist in our mistakes
The future exist in our imagination
The present now exist in the Now.
The more we focus our attention on the past, the harder it will be to move into POSSIBILITY😊
The present moment is in POSSIBILITY😎
It is never to late to start something new when you are living in the precious moment.
Life only unfolds it’s wonder, beauty, elegance and prosperity in the PRESENT MOMENT.
What ever you tried before in the past has no energetic hold in the present moment.
One way to practice being present is by meditation
Meditation is a powerful tool to connect deeper within yourself and your environment.
There are different forms of meditation and today I want to share with you a practice that in my opinion is overlooked by many who practice meditation.
The meditation practice I’m referring to is a walking meditation. This meditation will help you connect to your body, environment and the present time.

In today’s episode, Coach Luis Soto talks about meditation, the benefits behind meditation and how to start implementing a meditation practice at home or work.
The practice of meditation has been around for thousands of years. Recently, there have been numerous studies on meditation and how the practice can reduce stress, lower cholesterol, loss weight, heighten self-awareness of self, and the environment, deepened your connection with spirt, fine tune your intuition and many more.
On average, human beings have around 50 to 60,000.00 thoughts a day. The only problem is that, they are the same thoughts that you had the previous day and mostly all of them stem from the past.
Starting a meditation practice can be difficult at first but eventually, the mind and body can get use to the new routine and starts to become a new habit to change and transform your life.
