In this episode of Latinaly, we’re having the kind of conversation that feels more like wisdom over wine than an interview. I sit down with Kae Kronthaler-Williams — global software marketing executive, author, and a woman whose quiet inner work has shaped her life just as powerfully as her career has.Her new book, Not Made for You, calls out the systems women navigate every day — but today’s episode goes deeper. We talk about the woman behind the accolades, the bias she’s survived, the healing she’s done, and the inner strength she’s built in rooms that were never designed for her. This episode is part mentorship, part soft life, part “I didn’t know I needed to hear that.” Whether you’re mid-career, pivoting, burnt out, or just trying to remember who you are outside of your job — this one is for you.We cover:✨ The harmful mindset that women of color are pushed to work twice as hard✨ Healing from workplace trauma✨ Navigating ungrounding life shifts✨ Claiming space without apologizing✨ Soft power, legacy, and learning to trust yourself againSettle in — this is a conversation you’re going to feel.FOLLOW LATINALY:LATINALY ON INSTAGRAMLATINALY ON TIKTOKLATINALY ON FACEBOOKBe on the next Signed, Kiah:NGL LINK ORKIAHBURGOS.COM/ASKLATINALY MERCH FOLLOW KIAH:TIKTOKINSTAGRAM
Leaving my job cracked something open in me — not just the loss, not just the emotional whiplash, not just the identity shift. What I didn’t expect was the ego death that came with it… the version of me I had to let go of so I could finally meet the woman I’m becoming. In today’s episode, we’re talking about killing the ego — what it actually means, why it shows up in our lives, and how to know when to quiet it… and when to let it speak. This is one of those honest, humbling conversations where I’m not preaching — I’m processing. I’m sharing what I’m learning in real time, with all the messiness and clarity that comes with it.Pull up a seat, take a deep breath, and come sit with me.If this episode hits anything tender in you, send me a message and let me know — I love when we grow through these moments together.FOLLOW LATINALY:LATINALY ON INSTAGRAMLATINALY ON TIKTOKLATINALY ON FACEBOOKBe on the next Signed, Kiah: NGL LINK OR KIAHBURGOS.COM/ASKLATINALY MERCH FOLLOW KIAH:TIKTOKINSTAGRAM

They say “forgive and forget,” but let’s be real — some things you can’t forget. And honestly? You shouldn’t have to. In this episode, I am talking about what it means to forgive without the apology, the closure, or the fair ending. Because forgiveness isn’t about pretending it didn’t hurt — it’s about deciding that the hurt doesn’t get to run your life anymore.I break down the messy truth behind forgiveness, the myth of closure, and how to release resentment without losing your power. It’s not “forgive and forget” — it’s “forgive and redirect.” Because peace isn’t something they give you. It’s something you take back.If this episode hit home, I’d love for you to stick around.👉 Follow @LatinalyPodcast on IG, TikTok, and YouTube💌 Have something to ask? High-value woman" gets thrown around a lot, usually by people who don’t even understand what it means. In this episode of the Latinaly Podcast, I’m breaking down what being a high-value woman actually looks like — not from a man’s perspective, not from social media “gurus,” but from a woman who’s lived it. From boundaries to reinvention, emotional intelligence to abundance, I’ll share what it really means to step into your worth and never apologize for it. If you’ve ever questioned your value or felt like you had to shrink to be accepted, this one’s for you. In this episode, I open up about the moment I decided to quit my job — not out of weakness, but from strength. After being forced to choose between my family and a five-day office mandate after five years of working remotely, I chose peace. This episode is all about the mindset shift that happens when you stop surviving and start aligning — how I released guilt, reframed what career transitions can look like, and learned to honor my worth beyond a paycheck.I talk about redefining success, rebuilding confidence, and finding that balance between ambition and rest. If you’re standing at the edge of change, this is your reminder that walking away isn’t giving up — sometimes, it’s the most powerful move you can make._If this episode hit home, I’d love for you to stick around.👉 Follow @LatinalyPodcast on IG, TikTok, and YouTube💌 Have something to ask? They’ll call you dramatic, selfish, cold—just because you chose peace over people-pleasing. In this episode, I’m breaking down the villain era—not the aesthetic, but the moment you finally put yourself first and suddenly become the enemy in someone else’s story. We’re talking boundaries, burnouts, and the boldness it takes to say “no more” without explanation. If you’ve ever been labeled the bad guy just for choosing better, this one’s for you._If this episode hit home, I’d love for you to stick around.👉 Follow @LatinalyPodcast on IG, TikTok, and YouTube💌 Have something to ask? Bad as a Mother

Bad as a Mother

2025-09-0353:04

Being a mom is sacred, chaotic, powerful, and a lot. In this episode, I’m talking all about what it means to do it all — from motherhood to marriage, work to womanhood — and why I never get offended when someone asks me how I manage. This isn’t about balance in the Pinterest-perfect sense. It’s about shifting, pivoting, reclaiming, and making space for the version of motherhood that works for you. From holding the title of default parent to rediscovering myself in the chaos, this one’s for the women who know they’re that girl — even when they’re covered in Goldfish crumbs and emails. Tune in if you’re ready to feel seen, heard, and hyped up for choosing both: the family you love and the woman you’re still becoming._If this episode hit home, I’d love for you to stick around.👉 Follow @LatinalyPodcast on IG, TikTok, and YouTube💌 Have something to ask? Let’s talk about the propaganda I’m gladly falling for: slow mornings, using what I already have, watching the same comfort shows on repeat, and logging the hell out when social media starts draining me.In this episode, I’m breaking down what a digital detox really looks like — and no, it’s not just going off the grid and sitting in silence (though that sounds lovely too). It’s about reclaiming your peace, unfollowing the influencers who make you question your timeline, and finally asking: “What do I actually need right now?”I’m sharing what I’ve been detoxing from lately — consumerism, aesthetic overload, comparison culture, and people who don’t make me feel like myself. Plus, real things you can do instead of doom-scrolling your way into a breakdown. If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, over-connected, or just over it... this one’s for you._If this episode hit home, I’d love for you to stick around.👉 Follow @LatinalyPodcast on IG, TikTok, and YouTube💌 Have something to ask? In this episode of Latinaly, we talk about what it really means to know your own mind—and trust it, even when the world tells you not to. Inspired by a viral advice column that missed the mark, I unpack the importance of self-trust, especially for women of color who are often told to second-guess their desires. We explore why projecting personal fears onto someone else’s dreams is harmful, how to sit confidently in your own decisions (even if they lead to mistakes), and the difference between guidance and dismissal. This one is a love letter to the women who already know what they want—and don’t need permission to go after it.Let them underestimate you. Let them not understand. Let their timelines look different from yours. Thats life. But never sway from that path you've chosen–there's a reason you want it so bad. Trust your mind, because only you know it fully._🔔 Don’t forget to subscribe for more honest conversations: @LatinalyPodcast🎙️ Follow on IG + TikTok for BTS + clips → @LatinalyPodcast💌 Have something to ask? After two and a half years away from the mic, I’m back. And I’m not gonna lie — coming back felt heavy. In this episode of Latinaly, I open up about the messy, uncomfortable, very real battle with imposter syndrome and what it took for me to relaunch this show when the podcast space looks nothing like it did before. Diving into the meaning of what our tagline represents and who its representing - the women that have been labeled as "too much" - and yeah, we definitely are. I get into the pressure of “showing up right,” and what finally pushed me to stop waiting for the perfect time and just hit record. This one’s for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, invisible, or unsure if their voice still matters. Spoiler: It does. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it’s the kind of conversation I wish I heard when I needed it most. Let’s get into it._If this episode hit home, I’d love for you to stick around.👉 Follow @LatinalyPodcast on IG, TikTok, and YouTube💌 Have something to ask?
