It's not about what you're doing, it's about what you're becoming. The next level of growth lives in your ability to be in the present and future at the same time. It's challenging and sometimes lonely. It's critical that we have a coach to guide us through the process of determining our personal vision and how we bring that vision to life. Ultimately, we are the sum total of our relationships, decisions and experiences, and it's a healthy combination of those that position us to reach our highest potential. The byproduct of this combination is a transformation that influences our habits and behaviors while driving a whole new level of personal and professional results. There is another level for you! A level that combines the purpose and impact of transformation. When we strategically leverage our transformation, it makes a difference in the lives of others. We leave a legacy that lives beyond our reach and it's at this level when we truly live and lead. -Kevin West
