Jon's passion for leadership really began when he became a commissioned officer in the US Army, Military Police Corps. His first duty station was as a Platoon Leader in Operation Desert Storm. His leadership experiences in business have developed over the past 25 years as a local manager, regional manager, and then business owner who scaled a printing business from start-up to over 100 employees. Jon feels, as a business owner, “leadership development” was his favorite part of the job. He says that when he became a professional business coach, he was fortunate to be able to work with leadership teams at scores of companies in all different industries.
