Excellent podcast I really like how he interviews different people with different thought process on fitness. Don't have to agree with everything but knowledge is power. The fitness world is constantly changing. With this podcast you are up on the new information. Have not worked with Allan to up my fitness lifestyle, but maybe in the future. If you are over 40 and want to live healthier and better, this podcast should be #1 on your list. Joaquin
