Over-giving and Unhealthy helping are themes that often come up in Ruthie's client work. Many of us have been conditioned to believe that we need to over-give, over-function and compulsively help others, unfortunately, and often, at our own expense. This episode will support you in starting to question your patterns around unhealthy helping and over-giving. This is an episode for all my fellow recovering people pleasers.
