Description

The High Performance Fatherhood Podcast is hosted by Troy Woods who is the Founder of 300 Fathers and the CEO of Clark Bailey Media. When Troy became a father, his perspective on not only life changed but his approach towards it. He saw that so many fathers had just become complacent in accepting what life gave them because of fear driven responsibility. The goal of the podcast is to help fathers strive for high performance in parenting, family, health, and business and to show them that their families benefit from their personal development and growth.

Welcome to a new season for the High Performance Fatherhood Podcast. We are currently in the middle of the 2024 Paris Olympics and I can't think of a better time to discuss youth gymnastics. My guest in this episode is Chris Osby. Both Chris and I have daughters that are in competitive gymnastics within the USAG program. There is so much that goes into this sports but as fathers, we have a unique insight.    This episode talks not only about gymnastics but our growth as dads. I hope that you enjoy!

One of my biggest fears in life is getting to the end of it and realizing that I didn't walk in the purpose that had been set aside for my life. Many of us know our purpose and just need to act on it and there are some of us that have not realized what our purpose happens to be. In this episode, I share some things that oddly enough help me to continually gain information about my purpose which in turn allows me to keep taking progressive steps towards my goals.

First let me say, this episode isn't about is smoking weed right or wrong. This episode is about the impact that it is having on the image of our children in society. Because it is now legal in so many places, many people, specifically our youth think that there will be no major impact on them personally. That's just not the case. In this episode, we chat about the impact that it can have on them as far as their status and ability to excel regardless of their level of skill.
We have to be more intentional about how we direct our sons. There are basic skills in life that we need to make sure that we introduce to our children so they can develop in areas that will serve them later in life.
Happy Fathers Day and welcome to Season 2! It may be a new season for the podcast but we jump right in to it. Broken homes affect our society in a major way and in this brand new episode, we discuss one of the biggest reasons that broken homes happen.  Website: https://300fathers.com
