Welcome to a new season for the High Performance Fatherhood Podcast. We are currently in the middle of the 2024 Paris Olympics and I can't think of a better time to discuss youth gymnastics. My guest in this episode is Chris Osby. Both Chris and I have daughters that are in competitive gymnastics within the USAG program. There is so much that goes into this sports but as fathers, we have a unique insight.
