Description
The body is the vessel that carries your experiences, our journey in this Universe. I facilitate the practice of Yoga through a deep understanding on the body wisdom. This podcast is new way for me to express myself and thoughts. Just like in my teachings, I look for a connection between the intelligence of the body and the wisdom of the spirit, a rediscovery of authenticity.

I’m inviting you to walk and reflect with me on freeing yoursef from self and other’s judgments today. Often, judgments stem from personal insecurities, societal conditioning, or a desire to conform. Recognizing these roots can help diminish the power of these judgments over our self-worth.
In this episode, I reflect on the impact of external opinions and discuss the emotional and psychological impact of allowing others' opinions to dictate our actions and self-view. This raw talk emphasizes that constantly seeking approval can lead to anxiety, low self-esteem, and a loss of personal authenticity.
Time to free yourself, plum!

Feeling like I’m never enough is a pattern that is part of my cellular memory. It is the one thing that I’ve been struggling with my whole life until today. I’ve been working on it the past years of course, but out of all the other patterns or wounds, this one is a pain in the bum (excuse my language).
Never doing enough, never giving enough, just… never BEING enough.
If you struggle with self-worth, this episode is for you.

"Just trust" - easier said than done, isn't it?
When we ruminate on past events and fail to understand why and how, we can quickly feel trapped.
Whether it's a destructive relationship, work stagnation, toxic friendships or bad decisions when it comes to financial resources, it is often difficult to understand, to heal and to start afresh after going through such a life episode.
It was totally unplanned, but I've decided to dedicate this whole podcast episode on Closure. At some point, I state 3 things that may be helpful when looking for that state of "closure". It’s about understanding that one experience is only one episode of your life movie, it’s not a life-defining event.

We have both feminine and masculine energies within us, yet the masculine energy is way more cultivated in our society. Not only the world has been ruled by men for centuries, but in today’s society, women are in a quest of equality which ultimately leads to embodying more of the masculine energy than the feminine.
In our everyday life, cultivating the sacred feminine allows a transformation, an awakening leading to freedom. Being aware of our divine feminine energy is about listening to our body with honesty, to trust our intuition and the speech of the heart. It’s about reclaiming ourselves, reclaiming our power. It is not a new "trend", it’s actually a spiritual way of life, a path that encourages humans to become more authentic and raw.
