In this episode Lindsay talks to Dr. Scott Resnick, medical doctor and functional medicine specialist. Known as the compassionate somatic coach, Marina Yanay-Triner is a trauma informed coach who uses somatic tools and somatic experiencing to help her clients heal from illnesses like ME/CFS.
