Today I am going to talk about setting up systems over goals! Systems are processes/habits you follow on a regular basis in a particular direction to achieve, let’s say, a goal. A goal is a one-time event, you reach it and then you are done, but are you really? It’s like you start by buying a small car. Then you want a slightly bigger car, then a sedan, then a high-end brand. You never really stop dreaming. But when you have systems in place, you start building good habits.
