During this week’s episode of Greener Fields Hannah chats with MaryRose Shanahan from Leap in West Cork — a Pilates teacher and the founder of Wild Atlantic Recovery, a mobile sports recovery business.After finishing she made the decision to move to Dubai, navigating a breakup and life away from home for the first time. People, conversations and connections is what means the most to me, and in a few months time I will qualify as a psychotherapist - and it's time to get ready for all that will come with it. It's been a dream of mine for so long and now it's time to make it a reality.
