In this meditation, we will start the process of letting go of grief. Of acknowledging the hurt and the pain, and of letting go. Through deep breaths and visualization, we will heal our heartache and give ourselves permission to let go of the grief, but keep the beautiful memories.
This meditation is meant to help ease the transition a mother feels when she decides to stop breastfeeding, no matter the reason for the decision. We want you to feel supported, and to know you aren't alone in how you feel. You are a beautiful being, a wonderful mother and you have so much to share and give to your children. Remember, it's only best if it's what works for you.
This voice alone meditation uses breath awareness and intention to give you permission to let go of things that no longer serve you in a positive way. Sink into intentional pause and release.
This meditation uses both visualization and breath techniques to help kids be calm and peaceful. They are encouraged to lie down, close their eyes and take a deep breath. On each exhale, they are taught to imagine their breath as if it were blowing the leaves off of a tree, to uncover a surprise nestled in the branches. This meditation is perfect for helping your children unwind after a busy day, or to inspire rest and sleep.
