This week is Maternal mental health awareness week - It is a week for us to discuss issues surrounding maternal mental health and what we can do to stand by eachother and raise awareness for the issue which is a pandemic in itself. We must start by supporting woman whole heartedly and doing all we can to reduce birth trauma which is the number one cause for post natal depression and PTSD.
