Description

Welcome to Sole Wellness.

I’m your Host Rachael Ferguson, award winning entrepreneur, CEO & Founder of SynxBody, sports podiatrist and you may have heard my voice before on Shark Tank where Andrew Banks invested in my company.

Working as a podiatrist I often saw people when it was too late, or I had clients that would be suffering for years and have spent thousands of dollars treating their back or neck or other parts of their body only to find out it was their feet causing the issue in the first place.

Our entire body is connected and everything right down to the food you eat, the thoughts you think and of course the shoes you wear can have a ripple effect on how you feel and your quality of life.

I’m going to be talking to experts in their field to understand what is actually happening to our bodies and how YOU can take action now so that you can take control of your own body and choose to walk a new path (yes there are going to be lots of podiatry puns)

If you want to look after yourself and your family this year you’re in the right place, hit follow so you don’t miss a single episode
