In today's episode, I had the honor of interviewing Elizabeth Brink about her ADHD journey — from an early diagnosis, a late adult rediscovery, and the layered intersections with autism, giftedness, anxiety, and PTSD.
We discuss how understanding these differences, somatic coaching, and self-compassion helped Elizabeth build confidence, set boundaries, and create a life and career that fit her strengths.
Let's get into it!

Join me in this fascinating interview with Dr. Joaquin Anguera, an associate professor in the department of neurology and psychiatry at UCSF.
Dr. Anguera shares some of the research he's done, how it's connected to ADHD and how he views neurodiversity.
Dr. Anguera works at a center called Neuroscape that tries to enhance brain function across the lifespan. More specifically, they are experts in cognitive neuroscience and run clinical trials using homegrown technology to improve abilities, including attention and working memory in different populations (including ADHD!).
This is such an interesting conversation, so be sure to grab a snack, get comfy and join us!

This past week after hearing of Charlie Kirk's assassination has hit a lot of us pretty hard.
Harder than we expected.
I keep seeing posts shared about people feeling overwhelmed by their emotions of sadness, anger and grief.
And I feel it too.
The effect that Charlie Kirk's murder has had is undeniable. They were trying to silence him and what he stood for, but instead it amplified those of us speaking the truth in love.
Today's episode is raw and from the heart, and I hope it connects with you.
If you've ever felt anxious or doubted yourself, today's episode is worth a listen!
I'm joined by therapist and life coach, Devoney Kodad. She is the host of the podcast, Free and Well, where she helps women overcome self-doubt with practical tools, journaling prompts, affirmations and more to encourage their confidence and inner healing journey.
In today's episode, we talk about what it really means to live authentically (because those of us with ADHD can't stand it when people are fake!) and how to break free from people-pleasing, perfectionism and doubting our value.
Wherever you are as you listen, I hope you feel like you're part of the conversation with us!

Host Kelsey Spronk speaks with Dr. Garth Stewart about his personal ADHD journey and the neuroscience behind the condition.
Dr. Stewart explains how ADHD brains show excessive slow-wave activity, why outward hyperactivity often reflects internal under-arousal, and how stimulant medication and neurofeedback can change brainwave patterns.
The episode offers practical advice for parents and adults—activity-based supports, fidget tools, classroom strategies, and guidance on when to seek diagnosis and treatment—plus clear links between attention, memory, and everyday behavior.
