Hello, I am 63 year old single mother to 4 grown up children. I resonated so much with Ulrika and during the podcast I googled AA mtgs in my area and thought all through the podcast if I too could stop drinking. I drink every night usually 2 long glasses of G&T and stopped when I am pissed enough to fall asleep. I fractured my back last Dec whilst getting up to the toilet pissed and slipped and fell. I denied it had anything to do with alcohol. I need to stop, I want to stop but can I? Thankyou
