I Survived Antarctica… & Set 2 New World Records
Description
In this final chapter of Project 7, Spencer Matthews takes on the most dangerous leg of the entire challenge: a full-distance triathlon in Antarctica. Battling brutal winds, sub-zero temperatures, and unforgiving conditions, Spencer recounts what it was really like to race at the edge of the world, and why this leg pushed him further than any before it.
He also reflects on the gruelling Rio de Janeiro triathlon, another brutally tough stage that tested his endurance, resilience, and determination at a critical point in the journey. With all seven triathlons now complete, Spencer looks back on the entire challenge, what he’s learned, how the experience has changed him, and the moments that will stay with him forever.
Most importantly, he shares his thoughts on James’ Place, the charity at the heart of Project 7, and why supporting men in suicidal crisis gave every painful mile meaning. This episode is a powerful reflection on purpose, resilience, and the impact of pushing yourself beyond what you thought possible.
