I think this podcast and you are a god send! I am one of those people currently who cannot get to a pelvic floor therapist. I look forward to listening & learning!! A topic I’d like to hear about is bowel incontinence from tearing during childbirth. And possibly how to fix it? Thank you for helping so many women truly!!
