Great talk! Did my research on cholesterol back in 2015, figuering out that the most important number is ratio TG:HDL... got my blood work done, and had my total CHO pretty high, 246... but check this out, LDL was in the range, soo, my total cho was raised on behalf of HDL... HDL was 96, TRYG 61.. ratio 0,64... and I also felt that way... >) hope this holds the same to this day, cuz I feel quite the same.. hehe ... keep up the good work!!>)

The Industrial Strength Show has sneakily become my favorite podcast of all time. Joe throws out more practical weightlifting tips to prolong one's lifting career in a single episode than most other coaches do in an entire year. And for free. This guy deserves way more followers.

Been following Joe for my years. I used WS4SB to put some weight back on after chemo for leukaemia back in 2007. Discovered podcasts recently and Joe's are a wealth of information and honest viewpoints. Started listening to the podcasts while doing fasted walks, as mentioned in one of his own podcasts. Thank you Joe and please keep up the podcasts, godsend for us in the UK!
