Loved this podcast. As I’m an AMR with migraines from the age of 4, diagnosed at 8. Now post-menopausal & 53. Everything resonated 100%. I’m medicated, and still get them. Loved the Dope-A-Max comment (so true), but that drug (Topiramate) gave me a life where I *could* run, and have months with 8-10 migraines a month instead of needing 2-3 months to get 8-10 days without one!
