Tonya Woytek is a Forensic Scientist with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, prior to her employment with BSO she was a Forensic Scientist with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.  She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) She has 25 years of experience in the field of Forensics where she specializes in Controlled Substance analysis (Drug Analysis). To date in her career she has over 22,500 analyses and she has testified over 240 times.  She has been qualified and testified as an expert in the area of controlled substances identification in criminal and civil cases in both Federal and State courts all over Florida.She holds a certification in Drug analysis by the American Board of Criminalistics and is a member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Scientists. When not in the laboratory she spends time with her rescue dog Bailey or you can find her on the dance floor enjoying some country two-step or West Coast Swing!

Attorney Junie Lamour is the founder and managing partner of Junie Lamour Law, PLLC, an immigration firm that provides services nationwide. Mrs. Lamour has dedicated her career to providing expert legal guidance and compassionate support to help families navigate immigration challenges. Guethshina Altena was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. She is passionate about travel, adventure, creative writing, and strategic communications. For the past 8 years, She has traveled to 18 countries and 65 cities and wants to continue exploring the world. She currently holds a Master’s degree in Global Strategic Communications from Florida International University and is working to grow her career in Public Relations. From a young age, Guethshina has kept a list of 500 things she wants to do before she dies, calling it her “Lifelong Bucket List.” Having completed 137 items on her list, Guethshina encourages others to make their own lists and go after what they really want in life. Her brand, the Next Magnet provides advice and resources to facilitate others to travel the world. The Next Magnet name was born from Guethshina’s collections of fridge magnets from around the world. Guethshina also works on causes close to her heart. As a fervent advocate for mental health, Guethshina worked at the FIU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) as a Peer Educator. She educated students on topics such as consent, drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stress management. Today, Guethshina volunteers at the American Red Cross South Florida Chapter as a Public Affairs Writer covering events and writing profile articles on their website. Guethshina currently works as a part-time freelancer and travels the world in her free time. She is currently based in Bali, Indonesia, and is hoping to visit more countries in Southeast Asia. In the future, Guethshina hopes to build a community of solo travelers and inspire more people to venture out of their comfort zones to see more of what the world has to offer.

Ms. Iresa Medina is an Alumna from Miami Dade College where she earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration. She then transferred to the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing. Back in August 2023, she recently completed an internship role with the Disney College Program, positioned as Magic Kingdom Park Arrival Merchandise where she gained exceptional leadership and networking skills throughout her experience. Currently, she is the Retail Associate for the Miami Heat where she excels in her skills through fan-guest interaction and customer service hospitality. In the future, Ms. Medina hopes to work for Disney’s Marketing Director roles or Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Mr. Kostadin Zhelev is from Bulgaria. Mr. Zhelev has been an integral part of Amazon's Human Resources team, where his unwavering commitment and determination have played a crucial role in the success of the Amazon Career Choice program. Mr. Adlar Garcia serves as Assistant Vice President of Donor & Alumni Relations at Miami Dade College Foundation. Prior to joining Miami Dade College, Mr. Garcia served in various leadership roles at Columbia University, Northwestern University and the University of Miami where he traveled globally in cultivating alumni networks, increasing brand awareness, engaging alumni donors, providing leadership training, and executing diverse alumni programs. Introducing Chef Christian Barruos-Brens, a rising star at just 19 years old. He’s a dedicated student at Miami Dade College’s Miami Culinary Institute, located at the Wolfson Campus, making remarkable strides in both academics and the culinary world. As a member of the second cohort of the Rising Scholars Program, he’s been actively pursuing his academic dreams while simultaneously serving as the CEO of two thriving catering companies. His journey has not only graced the front cover of the Miami Dade College newspaper but also inspired approximately 5000 students in South Florida. Beyond the classroom, you’ll find him on Roku, demonstrating his culinary prowess in cooking TV show competitions and contributing as a behind-the-scenes chef in a series on Univision. Mr. Donkenson Rousseau is a survivor from the horrific earthquake that took place in Haiti back in January 12, 2010.  Mr. Rousseau is a registered nurse . Most of his experiences have been in Psychiatric, Telemetry, and intensive care. He has been working in the mental health field for the past 10 years. He is currently in his senior year of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Nova Southern University.
