Description

If you could dream the most beautiful life into being, what would that look like? What would it feel like? What would your days be like? How would you spend your precious time?
Each of us has our own ideal of what a beautiful life is. Each day you are co-creating your life. And it’s happening from the inside out, whether you realize it or not.
If there is one secret to life in a simple statement, it might be this - you create your life everyday from what you believe, what you think, and finally, what you do. Within this secret lies the key to consciously becoming the creator of the life you most desire. It’s about inner work - reconfiguration and transformation for the inner alignment to bring forth the beautiful life you want.
Join life coaches Laurel Holland, Laurel Boivin and their guests as they share weekly conversation and wisdom about courageously looking inward to make your life beautiful through your own inner work. Or as they say, the beautiful work.

As the 3rd season of Beautiful Work Beautiful Life winds down, it was time to revisit the initial question of, "what is beautiful work?" Beginning with why do the work and the wonderful opportunities that can come both to your life and the world at large, the hosts speak into the big impact of inner work. Although there is great potential of change from facing inner life and making change from the inside out, many are fearful of finding truth and answers from within. Past conditioning can control your life. Without concentrated effort, life often feels out of control until you consciously "recondition" your mind to question every choice you make and investigate the intent behind it. In this podcast, you will hear from the hosts how they discern for themselves when they are reactive versus consciously choosing behavior carefully and then redirect choices in alignment with how they want to create their lives today. Strategies and ideas for how to break down old conditioning and create a more conscious and fulfilling lifestyle are offered.  Journaling prompts are suggested to further your exploration.  The email to send questions to Laurel Boivin is laurel@fluxflowcoaching.com and for Laurel Holland - laurel@liveyourinnerpower.com The link to our private Facebook group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/beautifulworkbeautifullife Host/Cohost/Guest Info Guiding others to become effective leaders of their own lives, Laurel Holland, has been on a journey of awakening and transformation throughout her life. Inspired by the work of Caroline Myss, this meditation focuses on your first three energy centers or chakras to support your shift from a past-focused mind to a present-focused mind, drawing you into the life you want to be living. When we get quiet, and begin to observe the mind, it’s easy to see that habitual thoughts often occupy our thinking. These habitual thoughts generally stem from past experiences, causing us to limit our potential of moving into a more creative life experience. This meditation is meant to introduce you to your three lower energy centers (chakras) and use visualization and affirmations to focus your mind on what you more deeply desire for your life. Many of us suffer in relationships because we find ourselves in conversations and situations where we don’t know how to proactively respond or act well. The hosts explore aspects of dealing with uncomfortable or painful situations of life so that one can minimize patterns of suffering. Beginning with patterns of criticism in relationships that feel harsh, to being told what to do by others when you aren't looking for that kind of advice, we lessen suffering when we able to respond in an empowered, direct and kind way. All of this means growing your comfort zone, pushing beyond what has been comfortable in your habits and relationships and into a new norm with less emotional pain. Repeating Patterns

Repeating patterns in our lives, especially if they are self-defeating or limiting, can be a signal that points in the direction of significant change. When we stay in the pattern and feel stuck, this can be truly debilitating. Self-observation can get the process of change started but must be followed up with action that is different. In this podcast the hosts guide you through the deconstruction process of a repeating pattern and work with the change process in a step-by-step kind of way.
