As coaches who have been around for a while, it can be frustrating seeing certain things perpetuated as being "the best things to do," in order to get results. The basics aren't super sexy-but...they still WORK...and they work long term. This is meant to be a fun episode where Ciara share what irks us, and what we would suggest you focus on!
Both Ciara and I have dealt with gym anxiety-and still do to be honest! It is so normal, but we can definitely confront that anxiety and find ways to get more comfortable in the gym. In fact, I truly believe it can become a place of refuge for you, the longer you go!
