Holy crap. If you have CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) in your area for family court ask for one! They advocate for the kid in court- separate from attorneys, DHS, guardian ad litem. They are legal parties to the case, appointed by judge. I hope he doesn't get access to this girl and increase her trauma.
