I really enjoy this podcast series because Amber is so good at recognizing and helping to changing so many mindsets pertaining to health and fitness! Her theory is to truly change the mindset, mental road blocks, and definition of success to make goals achievable. I love how she is helping women to actually recognize the data our bodies give us and take the emotions of eating and food so the decisions are logical based, all of this while helping people feel good about all parts of their fitness journey!
