Reduce distractions, improve focus, and get to sleep more easily. Calm a racing mind with focus training. Think of it like physical therapy or going to the gym, but for your mind.
Forget SMART goals... if you are setting goals based on long-term outcomes, you're running a high-risk strategy. Especially if you are on a path towards lifelong learning!
