This is the start of my 2-year journey.

Most coaches start with a textbook. I started with real life.
4 years in prison where I built a bulletproof mindset.
Building businesses, chasing money, and burning out.
Neglecting health and relationships.
Going all-in on fitness at the expense of growth.
Now I’m layering in the science of neuroscience, performance, and leadership to back what I’ve already lived.
