We want to celebrate the joys of being solo and also break some stereotypes around women who are single past a certain age (hello - Samantha Jones!). On the table this week: What...

Send us a text In this week's episode, we discuss how to find balance by embracing both our masculine and feminine energy. We all have masculine and feminine energy within us and through our life experiences, we can develop one more than the other. It's normal to possess both and for most, it takes time to uncover what you need to lean into. W...

Send us a text How we view aging has been on our mind for a while and thankfully it’s starting to get more traction in the media and pop culture.
