Compassion we would say is the diamond of all tools for our hearts and soul. Join us, Marlayna Pincott and Nicole Sjostedt as we chat through the ways we are growing and finding ways to shift our POV's through a love and compassion lense. We talk through our current thoughts around navigating relationship and or conversation with people in despair. We touch base on recognizing and taking into account how our own filters take part in how we hear things as well as being aware that we see things through our own lense. We chat about building better boundaries through communication and learning to understand that it's ok to say "No". No explanation need. A work in progress, needless to say.
