Key Notes:
I refer to "13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do" by Amy Morin this episode!
-You can protect your power by setting healthy emotional and physical boundaries.
-The problem with giving away your power means you can let people define your self-worth. Do you let people define your self-worth or is do you determine your own self-worth?
-Look at the people you are devoting your energy to and ask yourself if they are the people you want to receive it or should i go to other things that can further you, or your self-help journey?

Key Notes:
There are a 100 ways to be considered a "bad mom" but a 1,000 ways to be considered a "good mom'.
We, as mothers, have to stop putting our experience as a parent, our kids, into a black or white box. The gray area also exists! We all have different experiences that shape our parenting styles. Find yours!
Sometimes we need to take a step back and be in the moment and celebrate! You can never get that moment back!
Give yourself some grace!
