What assessments might you use to help someone who is depressed discover those things that help them take a breath, and they can add to thier self care list?
Some of this information was helpful but unfortunately it fell short in the way that it was delivered. The guest was highly culturally insensitive. She is a white privileged woman (who is, oddly, trying to connect with and empower all women) yet spent most of the interview whining and complaining about not being able to have her nanny and housekeeper at her home due to COVID. She's apparently having to do her own dishes and parent her own child. Total turnoff!
What an amazing podcast! I wish everyone close to me would listen to this. I am not a TCK, but I moved over 20 times by the time I was 18 years old, and can relate to so much of this!! I have to read her book!!!
