How Can You Tell If Your Expectations in a Conflict Are Realistic?

Dr. Emily Taylor coaches Claire, who is in a stalemate with her young adult daughter, who still lives at home and is not progressing toward independence. When Someone’s Treating You Poorly, What Are Your Options?
