The defense for Dan Campbell's play calling is that he lived by the sword, died by the sword all year. The issue is that it didn't need to be that way. If somehow play calling decisions were made to protect kicker Mike Badgley then the issue lies with GM Brad Holmes. It's irresponsible to enter the playoffs with that big of a liability. We'll see how this exit effects the Lions next season with an unfinished business mentality.

Jalen Williams and SGA each dropped 36 in the Thunder's 129-120 win over the Knicks. The Cavs were down Mitchell, Garland and Mobley but still took down the Mavs 114-110. The impressive victory propels them into the 6th spot ahead of the Knicks. The Sixers had entered Wednesday's matchup with the Magic 0-4 without Embiid on the court. Saying it's not about the number of games in his indefinite suspension but making sure Green gets the help to change. Draymond Green has been suspended once again following his third ejection of the year. The team seems fed up with his antics and it could spell disaster for ability to keep the dynasty core together. The Suns big 3 are finally getting on the court together (Beal, Booker, Durant) but it didn't guarantee a win. As the suns fell to the Nets 116-112. But, just being on the court together is something at this point.

LeBron's 30 points, 8 assists and 3 deep three's all in just 3 quarters easily pushed the Lakers past the Pelicans. The Lakers will faceoff against the Pacers and Tyrese Haliburton on Sunday. Haliburton has gone from "maybe he's a superstar" to "is he an MVP candidate?". Sunday's showdown for the NBA Cup is set up to be a good a finish.
