loved this episode! when you mentioned chlorine depleting glutathione i was jaw dropped. I never made the connection. we rented a 2nd home in Arizona last year that had a pool ( I'm a Seattle girl that loves pool butt doesn't own one). I really struggled with my hashimoto's last year ( I also have fluoroquinolone toxicity). what would be your recommendation for someone who loves to swim in a swimming pool. Our waters here in the Puget sound area are just too cold!

great podcast. I've known about the folic acid issue even before I encountered you. one thing I'd like to note is that your drum roll at the start of the podcast is ear splitting. your voice over is a very low volume but then the drums are extremely loud.
