Dr. Ruth Stephens has been in private practice since 1997. She is a board certified Nutritional Consultant and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a BS, MS and Doctorate degree in Holistic Nutrition. She is also a certified CPR/First Aid/BLS Instructor and a certified Mental Health Instructor. Dr. Stephens teaches as a college professor. The focus of her private practice, Nutritionally Yours, is Natural Health & Nutrition. Recently, she also began her non-profit organization, Nutritionally Yours Consulting, NPA.

She has patients located throughout the United States, Jamaica and Cuba.
