You will learn how to connect with your kids from Peace and Parenting's Michelle Kenney. Michelle's tools on connecting with kids rather than discipling them has changed my parent child relationship first hand. I am feeling blessed to be able to share her insights with you. When you see behavior in your child that you know isn't helpful you can connect with them and help them think well. Michelle teaches that empathy, play and one on one connection are the ways you can connect and then model behavior that will serve them through life. I was struck by her comment that kids really don't learn from our verbal instruction. 80% of learning comes from modeling. So if we can model good behavior life will teach them the rest!
Michelle also share's some of the biggest road blocks kids face during divorce. You can find Michelle at:

Message your provider about alternating mammogram + MRI based on your risk.Choose one lever: add a 20-minute walk, swap one drink for sparkling water, or add protein + plants to lunch.Write & carry this prayer:“God, I’m placing my health in Your hands. Lead me to the right steps and the right people. Give me courage to act and peace to rest.”Key TakeawaysEarly > easy. Catch it early and treatment is often simpler—and curative. No family history?
