Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) is linked to be the main contributor of IBS, skin conditions i.e. acne, acne rosacea, anxiety and other autoimmune conditions. In this episode we will discuss the body's signals of what could look like SIBO, how we test for this and my approach at treating SIBO. Insulin resistance is the Conductor of the Orchestra of Chronic Diseases within the body. In order to find the root cause to a lot of autoimmune or chronic disease we need to reduce insulin resistance. How do we know if we have this? Could we have symptoms of this and not know it? A personalised approach with knowing what works for your body is the key to reducing inflammation. Today we will go through a brief overview of how we can find out what foods trigger inflammation in you.
