Last night, I went to sleep with a nasty feeling in my throat and a noise obstruction. Maybe my body telling me to take a moment and rest. Even though I felt nice, I decided to listen and take the recommandation seriously. Today was a nice day though! Nothing to complain about and I’m adding up. Hopefully, tomorrow, I will feel better and being able to workout a little bit after another good night of sleep. Take care beautiful motherfucker ❤️

I didn’t post yesterday. I fucked up. New approach. Also, I’m starting to understand the “segments” feature here in Spotify Podcasters! So I take the opportunity to change the format too: each segment will be recorded during a specific moment of my day and I will post all segments together into one episode. I think that would be easier to follow and I’m already thinking about the people who will listen to this in months/years. By producing my podcast like that, I give them context and glue everything together. Yeah! I’m trying this and I will see if it makes sense in practice. What not follow the advices that I used to give to my clients two years ago? Why not follow the footsteps of all these successful motherfuckers that I have been listening since I was a kiddo? That’s right! I’m going to do that. My freelancer goal: becoming a Webflow designer & developer → design and engineer Webflow websites for people wanting Webflow websites. Simple 👨🏿‍🎨
Working and living with my lover has not been easy. Nevertheless, I still believe that this is the best situation I could have hoped for. Our challenges push us closer to each other everyday even though, sometimes, it feels like a prison I can’t/won’t escape from. Today, the mindset is clear: what I couldn’t give before, I can now so I will give more.
I never wanted to be famous. I wanted my companies to be rich. Today, I accept that the last cannot happen without influence. I’m an influencer. I have been that IRL and now I want to expend that online. Not only in Forums but especially, on social media. I want to share my philosophy but, mostly, bring value to people. That’s why I created a fitness account called “Do It For Your Fucking Self”. On that Instagram page, I will share what I have learned in my life and recent fitness journey. If I can motivate one person to execute and reconnect with her body: I win.
🤯 I never thought I would feel the stress and fear of publishing my blog again. Ahah! It’s really like I never did it before 😂. Seriously, I’m afraid to fuck this up, again. In order to fight that, I’m implementing new habit systems that I explore in the episode. 30 days challenge of writing and posting. I will make it! The major difference from my previous attempt is that I make the work easy for myself: only writing about shits that I do, learn and read. Easy and simple right? Let’s see how it goes. I’m experimenting with a new training approach based on “The Triathlete’s Training Bible” by Joe Friel. When I used to think that going only “hard” was the way to go, I learned, painfully, that it doesn’t have to be like that. Of course, stress is necessary for the body to adapt and “grow” BUT re-reading this book (like I never did it before, lol) helps me get a new perspective on my training philosophy. With that in mind, I changed my programme since Monday 27th October 2023. So far so good! I made an ego mistake with running (old habits are hard to change but not impossible, lol) but it’s ok. I will recover and get (hopefully) wiser. Take care of yourself, beautiful motherfucker ❤️

I created this one with one idea in mind: share my daily reflections on my journey as a lover, hybrid athlete, freelancer & content creator. In the past, I did a shitty job at documenting my accomplishments and failures. I’m taking this opportunity to do better. It’s going to be a long journey. But, an amazing one. My life is not bad but I feel the need for more. After taking the time to reflect on myself, change my nutrition, reconnect with my body, and understand myself, I start this beautiful journey with a new look. Doing it like I never did it before. Butterflies are flying in my stomach. A good sign right? I believe so. Ahah. I will share my reflections and document my journey to greatness and abundance. Take a sit but don’t get too comfortable.
