Hybrid Athlete: New Programme

I’m experimenting with a new training approach based on “The Triathlete’s Training Bible” by Joe Friel. When I used to think that going only “hard” was the way to go, I learned, painfully, that it doesn’t have to be like that. Of course, stress is necessary for the body to adapt and “grow” BUT re-reading this book (like I never did it before, lol) helps me get a new perspective on my training philosophy. With that in mind, I changed my programme since Monday 27th October 2023. So far so good! I made an ego mistake with running (old habits are hard to change but not impossible, lol) but it’s ok. I will recover and get (hopefully) wiser. Take care of yourself, beautiful motherfucker ❤️
