Ep 2 : Root Chakra
Root Chakra is an Earth element represents “To Have” when it comes to aspects of your life like housing family finances. It is represented by the color red . Red is the color of fire and blood, so it is associated with energy, war, danger, strength, power, determination as well as passion, desire, and love. Red is a very emotionally intense color. It enhances human metabolism, increases respiration rate, and raises blood pressure.
Take away : Root Chakra is where our flight or fight / animal instinct . It is located at the based of our spine and associated with lower extremities . Find how how to know when your chakras are balanced or imbalance with this episode !

A lot more money is coming into my life. I deserve it and will use it for my good and others.
If we continue to strive towards our goals, living life with good intentions and meet all of our deadlines we will be blessed with more. We deserve it and with that money we are going to be able to provide for our families and friends to be able to take them out or surprise them with a new dress outfit or whatever the case it . But the one thing you must make sure your doing is making a difference !
