Karsyn Rosolino is one of the up-and-coming CrossFit competitors in our area, and we are grateful to have her as part of the Sweat Factory CrossFit family. She currently trains out of Afterburn in our Davenport location and is one of the most consistent athletes Keith and I have had the honor of coaching. From the start, she has been focused on her training in the gym but over the last 6 months, she has dialed in her training outside the gym as well. In today's episode, she gives us some insight as to what her day-to-day schedule looks like. She also explains how her mindset has shifted over the last year, how to overcome the fear of jumping into competitions, and what she's looking forward to going into 2025.
