I'm so excited to have recorded this episode with my partner Tyler. We talk about personal passions, how he knew it was his passion, mindsets needed to believe in yourself and get you to where you want to go. It takes little goals, and daily action to be able to get you to where you want to go. In this episode, I also wanted to share some of our experiences and tools that we use in our relationship that has become extremely useful and hopefully you can find soma value in it as well.
My experience with ego death. This is such a big topic with many people's different experiences, I also like to call it my spiritual awakening.
In this conversation, I get into the dimensions of wellness and explain how everything is intertwined. Exercise and eating are two things that I think are important to consider when trying to improve your mental health. This episode went into so many different things that I will have to go more into depth in future episodes, so make sure to stay tuned.
In this episode, I share about my experience with body dysmorphia, my experience losing weight, and how that made me feel inside and out.  Overcoming judgment is such a rewarding thing to be able to do.
Overthinking, I imagine that almost every human experiences it in their life. Hopefully, you can find your message within this episode.
This episode is to reflect on your past and current relationships and ask yourself some fundamental questions.
The takeaway exercise from today is to journal all the little wins in your day. The little moments that made you feel human, the moments that bring you gratitude and peace. It always helps me to overcome my guilt mindset when it does appear.
