My podcast is dedicated to helping busy, high achieving entrepreneurs achieve their health, fitness, and fat loss goals. I have been a fitness and nutrition coach for over 20 years as well as an entrepreneur for 17 of those years.I have a deep understanding of 2 fundamental things:1-How to help people attain their fitness goals2-The challenges and opportunities the entrepreneurial lifestyle present when trying to achieve those goalsThis podcast will address both of these topics. In-depth.This is a short-form podcast. Typically 12 minutes or less (unless I have a guest) so you can listen quickly and with little interruption to your day.
