Ok intro is long I’m just apparently really passionate about herb for emotional health I guess LOL. But I LOVE this episode because I LOVE Katie. Let's talk all things breathwork with the magical Melissa Saubers!! Today's special guest is a breathwork, hypnotherapy, and cacao ceremony facilitator. Melissa is a wellness coach and is very passionate about helping people to expand their hearts and their consciousness.
