It's time to get ready for the new season of triathlon and a new season with the Friends of the Devil. There's so much to do to get race ready so Nate and Elliott brought in the experts. Meghan Smith, owner and head coach at ETA Coach joins FotD to answer questions about how athletes should transition from off season to race season. Plus a 2022 season preview and What's Worse.
We did it! The race season and the podcast season have come to an end. On this episode, Nate and Elliott get philosophical about what makes the best Halloween candy, review the Waterman's Half, and address the very real, and not at all made up, letters from listeners.
