Our mission is to fuel others by spreading awareness of the beauty of diversity, with the goal of a future infused with equality for all. Introducing Phelan Conheady! Listen in as he discusses his unique intersectional experiences as a queer person of color, artistry as a TikTok influencer and calligraphy artist, and their passion for supporting the deaf community through comedic content.

Tristan discusses how he found a sense of community after immigrating to the U.S at an early age, and also offers advice on how others can be an ally when witnessing discrimination. He also gets into the importance of emotional and communal health, as well as how they reached every 90's kids' career dream working for Nickelodeon.
Meet Dr. Norma Reyes! Listen as she discusses her experience as a first gen American, and the first in her family to break poverty cycle. Norma also dives into her journey as a career coach, how she maintains confidence as a Latina in the midst of adversity, why being committed and caring is vital, and her new podcast @manifestyourcareer where she empowers others to follow their intuition and truth!
Meet Marcus! Listen and watch as this Rochester native discusses the adversity he has faced, the challenges of being a co-owner of The Blossom Road Pub in the midst of a pandemic, advice on staying humble while starting a business, and how he balances work life from his personal life while raising a family.
Meet Bernice Sioson! An illustrator for Disney TVA, Bernice discusses their feelings with the current political climate, discrimination they've faced as a Filipino-Chinese-American, and how they've used their art to contribute to fundraisers for BLM and the Philippines Typhoon Relief. They also chat with the team about the influence of seeing POC's in illustrations/comics, how being a Filipino-Chinese-American influenced their art, and how they made the decision to dropout of college. Bernice wraps up by talking about working for Disney (say what?!) as an illustrator on the show Big City Greens.
Listen in as Gabrielle speaks on the current political climate and its affected on them, as well as their experiences living in the South as a person in different marginalized communities (BIPOC & LGBTQ+). They also discuss their experience with identifying as non-binary, how they keep a positive mindset day to day using poetry as a creative outlet, and how their new career path in massage therapy has led to them feeling more comfortable in their own skin.

Meet Digno! An entrepreneur, he talks about how he quit his 9 to 5 job, and took the leap to start his own cbd business called Recovrx. He also covers common misconceptions associated with CBD, and how COVID-19 has affected his business. Listen to his story as he speaks on his cultural traditions and values he was brought up with, and his experiences immigrating to the United States from the Dominican Republic. Bonus! At the end of the episode, he open up about being a plant dad, and what it takes to keep plants alive.

A true healthcare hero, Tarin has been on the frontlines during the pandemic fulfilling her role as a Registered Nurse. Listen to her story on motherhood and working in healthcare through COVID-19. Meet Ceasar Jones! Born deaf, Ceasar was raised in Colorado Springs, and ended up in Rochester, NY after doing co-ops all across the U.S. A metrologist (not meteorologist) by day, Ceasar gets creative in his free time through his photography. Check out his work @ceasarjonesphoto! *Note: An ASL interpreter is voicing for Ceasar during this interview*
Meet Ciara Morales! Born and raised in New Jersey, dance has always been a passion of hers. While in school in Chicago, she took classes and learned styles like Ballet, Modern, African, House, Hip-hop and Bachata. Today she continues to dance, is a freelance ASL interpreter, and also as a recovering alcoholic helps to create a space for others to share their stories.
Meet Kjersti Faret! Graduating from School of Visual Arts in NYC with a BFA in Illustration, Kjersti has since been living in Brooklyn and running her own successful business at Cat Coven for the last four years. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community, she believes representation matters - it’s what says, “Yes, you belong here with us and deserve to be treated equally.”
Meet Justin Jeffires, singer/song writer and photographer who was a Rochester NY native now living in Miami. Listen to him discuss growing up in the LGBTQ+ community as a young black gay man, what the current movements mean to him, and how everyone’s story is important.
Meet Scott Snowden, aka "Scotty MAC", as he discusses how important the Black Lives Matter movement is to him, what it means, and how he is feeling in today’s political climate. As an educator, Scott sees daily how the education system fails young students of color and works hard to see the next generation succeed. Hear him discuss ideas for change to better equip our future leaders with the tools for success. Scott is no stranger to being racially profiled. Starting from when he was a child he had frightening encounters with police doing everyday activities such as browsing through a store, sitting in his dorm room, or walking to the train. He can’t change who he is, which is why it is important to change the system.
