This weeks guest is cider producer, Christian Stolte of The Wee Cider Company. Christian reached out when Grain Schooner was building up a name in advance of launching. Cider is in a real renaissance period which we go into here and Christian’s ciders fit right into the burgeoning quality driven corner of cider. We have two of his walled garden ciders on the store. Mellisa Cole is one of the hardest working beer writers in Britain right now. Partially because she's had to be.
